Before we dispatch your unstitched suit cuts and artisanal shawls from our regional workshop, our customer support team conducts a short verification call or confirms on WhatsApp. Please note:
- Verification Call: Our dispatch agents confirm order details via phone or WhatsApp to guarantee accurate delivery details.
- Tracking Sync: A direct courier reference tracking number and link is provided as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
Eligible Shipping Regions
We dispatch daily shipments containing our hand-woven Khaddar and winter Chaddars across Pakistan. Prominent destinations with dedicated courier express corridors include:
- Khyber Pakhtunkhwa & Peshawar: Fast priority delivery (1-2 Working Days).
- Major Cities: Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Karachi, Faisalabad, Multan (2-4 Working Days).
- Other Cities & Districts: Delivered reliably through Leopard, TCS, or TRAX courier networks (3-5 Working Days).
Courier Protocol & Unboxing Rules
According to nationwide cargo partner regulations (including TCS & Leopard), customers must fulfill the full Cash on Delivery amount before unsealing or opening the outer courier flyer:
