All orders placed on Mazhar Handcrafts are subject to inventory confirmation and delivery verification. For Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions, our logistics team reserves the right to contact the purchaser via phone or WhatsApp verification prior to dispatch. Providing an inaccurate phone number or physical address may result in automatic cancellation of the order.

Our Khaddar and shawls are hand-spun and hand-woven on traditional wooden looms using 100% pure cotton and winter wool blends. Because each bolt of fabric is hand-crafted by artisan village weavers, subtle irregularities in yarn texture, slub, or natural dye absorption are authentic hallmarks of artisanal handloom textiles and do not represent manufacturing flaws.

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable packaging standards. Standard courier delivery across Pakistan is charged at a flat rate of PKR 250, with orders exceeding PKR 3,000 qualifying for complimentary standard delivery. Cash on Delivery transactions are subject to a nominal courier handling fee of PKR 150. All charges are transparently summarized before final order submission.

We stand behind the physical condition and purity of every unstitched suit and shawl dispatched from our Khyber Pakhtunkhwa workshops. If an item arrives with weave flaws or transit damage, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Because our fabrics are crafted from 100% pure unmercerized handloom yarns, gentle hand-washing in cold water and drying in shade without twisting is required before stitching. Slight initial shrinkage (3-5%) is natural for pure handloom Khaddar. Mazhar Handcrafts accepts no liability for fabrics damaged by bleach, harsh detergents, or tailoring errors after cutting.

These terms are governed in all respects by the substantive laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute or claim arising from or related to purchases made on this website shall fall under the jurisdiction of the commercial courts in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan.
